When will my items arrive?
You will receive your Jersey Cares item(s) 1-2 weeks after your donation is made. Fulfillment and standard shipping take 4-7 business days each. Please note, arrival times may vary depending on delivery destination.
Are donation receipts available?
Yes. Proceeds from all store items support Jersey Cares programming and help the organization continue to address critical community identified needs throughout NJ. If you would like a donation receipt please email joseph@jerseycares.org or call the Jersey Cares office at 973.533.1993 to obtain a copy.
What is your return policy?
The donations made through the Jersey Cares Store are used to support and propel Jersey Cares' programs and mission. Returns for incorrect sizing or change in preference from the customer will not be accepted.
If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, it must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. For full return policy click here.
